Show your Texas Pride with 'Boss Hoss', our medium size Texas shaped charcoal bbq grill. Our grills are extremely well made and built to last.

Our bbq grills are designed for grilling and smoking. 'Boss Hoss' comes with a custom heat shield and coal/wood grate designed for smoking and a coal grate for normal grilling.

For Grilling: Simply use the large charcoal grate and add charcoal/wood for normal grilling.

For Smoking: Remove large charcoal grate and drop in lower coal/wood grate to the very bottom. Place our custom heat shield where the large charcoal grate was initially located. Now you can use the large ash lid on the bottom side for adding coal or wood during long smokes without having to open the lid.
